Maintain documentation, assist in audits, and coordinate with production for quality control.
Requirements
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in the food manufacturing or export industry.
Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and quality testing procedures.
