Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Unit Sales Manager. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing channels, and building relationships with partners and clients to ensure business expansion. The role includes achieving sales targets, managing a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. The individual will regularly monitor and evaluate branch performance, analyze market opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, with an ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Experience in managing client relationships, fostering partnerships, and efficiently resolving customer queries.
• Team management and leadership abilities, with a proven record of mentoring and motivating a sales team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Sound market analysis skills, including identifying trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms relevant to the role.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred.
