Job Responsibilities

• Recruiting Agents and providing regular training for selling insurances policies.
• Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the channel.
• Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agent.
• Managing any claims investigations.
• Great Networking abilities.
• Licensing tracking and activation of the agents.
• Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training of them.
• Should be target oriented.

Preferred Candidate

• At least 1 year experience in any sales vertical/agency /insurance product.
• Should be comfortable for field sales.
• Full time graduate/Diploma with 3 years (10+2+3years)
