Job Title: Unit Manager – Agency Channel

Location: Multiple Locations across Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Vadodara, Bharuch, Vapi, Valsad, Navsari, Anand, Nadiad, Bhavnagar, Mehsana, Palanpur, Bhuj, Gandhidham)

CTC: Up to ₹3.75 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Summary

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is looking for dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals to join as Unit Managers – Agency Channel. The role is ideal for candidates with a passion for sales, relationship management, and team development. As a Unit Manager, you will recruit, train, and lead a team of Insurance Advisors while driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop Insurance Advisors.
  • Build and manage a productive agency team.
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
  • Support advisors in generating leads and acquiring new customers.
  • Conduct joint field visits and assist advisors during customer meetings.
  • Motivate and coach advisors to improve productivity and performance.
  • Organize recruitment drives and promotional activities to expand the advisor network.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor advisor performance and provide regular feedback and training.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Mandatory).
  • Experience in BFSI, Banking, CASA, Insurance, NBFC, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durables, or Direct Sales is preferred.
  • Age between 22 and 30 years.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in the field and achieve business targets.
