Job Summary
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is looking for dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals to join as Unit Managers – Agency Channel. The role is ideal for candidates with a passion for sales, relationship management, and team development. As a Unit Manager, you will recruit, train, and lead a team of Insurance Advisors while driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop Insurance Advisors.
- Build and manage a productive agency team.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Support advisors in generating leads and acquiring new customers.
- Conduct joint field visits and assist advisors during customer meetings.
- Motivate and coach advisors to improve productivity and performance.
- Organize recruitment drives and promotional activities to expand the advisor network.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor advisor performance and provide regular feedback and training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Mandatory).
- Experience in BFSI, Banking, CASA, Insurance, NBFC, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durables, or Direct Sales is preferred.
- Age between 22 and 30 years.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and achieve business targets.
