We are seeking a dynamic Unit Sales Manager for our Health Agency in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving sales growth, and building relationships within the health sector. This position requires a motivated individual with a passion for sales and the ability to mentor and inspire team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets for health insurance products.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the health sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to capture them.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or health sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
