Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pathankot for a Unit Sales Manager - Health Agency. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for driving health insurance sales through the agency channel. Key functions include developing agency networks, managing relationships with agents, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also encompasses training and mentoring agents, analyzing market trends, and formulating strategies to maximize revenue growth.
