ABOUT US

We are a growing mutual fund distribution firm, associated with NJ India Invest, one of India's leading platforms for financial products distribution and partner support.

Through NJ's robust technology, research, and execution platform, we empower MFDs and entrepreneurs to build scalable, long-term businesses.

Our focus is on building a strong B2B network of Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) and helping them create sustainable, recurring income through investing solutions.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Unit Manager B2B Growth to build and expand our network of MFD partners under the NJ India Invest ecosystem.

This role goes beyond sales you will act as a business mentor and growth partner for new and existing MFDs, helping them start, scale, and succeed in their business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment & Network Building

  • Identify and approach potential MFDs (Insurance advisors, CAs, RMs, tax consultants, etc.)
  • Present the business opportunity under the NJ India Invest platform
  • Convert prospects into active sub-brokers

2. Onboarding & Setup

  • Guide partners on NISM certification and ARN registration
  • Assist with onboarding on NJ systems, tools, and processes
  • Help them set up and position their MFD business

3. Activation & Business Support

  • Ensure partners start business within 3045 days
  • Support initial client meetings and SIP closures
  • Conduct joint meetings and handholding where required

4. Training & Development

  • Train partners on:
  • Mutual fund and other financial products
  • Client acquisition and conversion
  • Building long-term client relationships
  • Conduct regular training sessions using NJ tools & insights

5. Team Growth & Engagement

  • Track partner activity and productivity
  • Motivate and engage partners through regular follow-ups
  • Build a high-performing MFD network under NJ

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in Mutual funds / Insurance / Banking / Financial services
  • OR experience in Agency channel / Team handling / Advisor network building

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and convincing ability
  • Relationship building and networking skills
  • Training / mentoring mindset
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Self-driven and target-oriented

Experience:

  • 0-4 years (flexible for strong candidates)

COMPENSATION

  • Fixed Salary + High Performance Incentives
  • Incentives linked to: MFD recruitment, Activation (business generation), Team AUM growth
