Role
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as part of IT Compliance team for one of the largest NBFC- BFL
- Jointly own, execute and manage Annual operating plan (AOP) of Machin Learning Compliance unit under the guidance of National Head
- Jointly execute & manage compliance reviews in the areas of Machine Learning Compliance, security, governance & Controls Technical & Functional
- Review the ML operations for ensuring adherence to the applicable laws and regulations.
- Set controls in ML design & operations to ensure confidentiality, availability and integrity around all aspects of IT domains (Infra, DB, applications)
- Opportunity to gain further technical understanding of above domains.
- Work jointly with a dynamic & growing team having diversified experience
- Candidate need to have sound academic background along with agility to adopt to new changes and put state of art review process
Soft Skills
- Demonstrate work execution skills in order to handle day to day review, tracking, closure & reporting
- Develop rapport with IT teams for adding value through audit recommendations
- Work with Technical & other teams and constantly challenge status quo for bringing value addition
Required Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications & Skillset:
- BE/B.Tech/ CA/ CISA/ MBA with 2-7 years of experience in similar compliance role, aspiring for CISA/CISSP or similar qualification or completed MBA is added advantage. Having AI related certification is also an advantage.
- Willingness to work in Compliance function conducting IT reviews
- Good academic knowledge of given domains, ability to stay up to date with latest technologies
- Motivated, self-starter, Agile, Quick Learner, good oral and written communication, analytical skills
