Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Duties And Responsibilities
RBI Regulatory COE:
- Work closely with the RBI Reporting Team to provide project management support, oversee project timelines and deliverables, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Finance Team during RBI inspections
- Provide project management support to the Reporting Team, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying risks and issues
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for RBI inspections
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with the Finance Team to implement changes
- Act as a liaison between the Finance Team and other departments within the organization
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Qualifications
- CA / CA Inter having minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
- Having strong background of accounting & financial systems
- Strong understanding of RBI regulations and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Work Experience
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
