Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Unit Manager/Agency Manager, located in New Delhi. The role involves managing and expanding an agency team, driving sales targets, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and clients. The Unit Manager/Agency Manager will lead recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives to ensure the team achieves individual and organizational goals. They will also implement business strategies, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team management, leadership, and performance tracking
• Strong sales and marketing expertise, with a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
• Knowledge of health insurance or the financial services industry is a plus
• Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and sales reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
