Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and allocate audits based on expertise and available resources, monitor scope and quality of review, including sampling processes.
Conduct audits in line with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and standard audit procedures.
Perform risk grading, form audit opinions, finalize audits, conduct discussions and closure, including branch/unit visits, and release reports within timelines.
Critically review existing processes and procedures and recommend improvements to enhance controls and simplify workflows.
Track audit observations, review responses, update audit databases, and ensure closure of audit files.
Handle regulatory inspections, reporting requirements, and investigations.
Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify skill gaps or improvement areas.
Ensure clear communication within the team and with higher management.
Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution to maintain a productive work environment.
Provide training and support to develop team members skills and competencies.
Track team progress, report updates to management, and manage resource planning and talent development.
