Role & responsibilities
- Design and architect UKG Pro HCM solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules
- Enable new UKG features, configurations, and business workflows
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions
- Lead solution design, integrations, testing, and release activities
- Optimize existing processes for efficiency, compliance, and user experience
Preferred candidate profile
- 7-12 years of experience in HCM/HR technology roles
- Strong handson experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) HCM
- Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Reporting
- Experience with workflows, security roles, and system integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
