We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS systems, particularly in UKG Pro, and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the platform for our clients.As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in software development.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure UKG Pro for various clients based on their HR needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the UKG Pro platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UKG Pro with existing systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Assist in the development of best practices for using UKG Pro effectively.
• Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.- Document development processes and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in HRIS or HCM systems with a focus on UKG Pro.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using UKG Pro tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
• Experience with system configuration and user training.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in UKG Pro.- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.- Understanding of database management and integration techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in UKG Pro.- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
