Job Description
Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive review of the client's current functionality and technology footprint, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Understanding of user requirements and configuring the application and workflows.
Collaborate closely with the client's team to design, develop, and deploy solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and requirements.
Design and document the client's solution including business requirements, interface specifications and any other specifications required.
Executes required testing and implements the requirement by following the process
Developing custom analytics solutions and reports to specifications provided and support the solutions delivered.
Analyse the customer's data to spot trends and issues and present the results back to the customer.
Good understanding on use of UKG Pro / Ultipro APIs and should support with Postman collections
Create comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting common issues and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
Perform Analysis and debugging existing database objects, stored procedures and updating them as per the user requirements.
Requirements
Any bachelor's degree
4+ Years of Techno-Functional with UKG Pro and UKG WFM experience
Strong understanding of HRIS/HCM concepts and technology, with experience in integrating with various modules.
Handon with SQL/PLSQL
Should have strong knowledge Webservices, Security (User Access Management), Platform Configuration.
Familiar with Data Services, Classes, Pages,
Handson with Business Rules
Having Knowledge on UKG Ready is a PLUS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
