Job Summary:

We are seeking a UKG Boomi Consultant with 3-5 years experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and hands-on experience in Boomi integration. This role is critical in ensuring seamless data integration and efficient workforce management solutions to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Development:

1. Design, develop, and implement integrations between UKG Pro WFM and various systems using Dell Boomi.
2. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across integrated systems.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions.

System Configuration and Management:

1. Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules to align with business requirements.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Project Support:

1. Assist in integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
3. Document integration processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and training purposes.

Training & Self-Learning:

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and stakeholders.
2. Deliver training sessions for users on new integrations and system enhancements.
3. Stay updated with the latest developments in UKG Pro WFM and Boomi technologies, sharing insights with the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Dell Boomi integration.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and Workforce Management processes.
• Proficiency in developing, configuring, and managing integrations using Boomi.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Dell Boomi Associate & Professional Integration Developer.
• Experience in project support and assisting integration projects.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations related to HR and payroll systems.
• Familiarity with other integration platforms and tools like Workday, ADP etc.
