Role Description

The UK Study Abroad Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. As a Study Abroad Counselor, you will guide students through the study abroad process, including understanding their academic goals, recommending suitable UK universities, and managing application procedures. You will coordinate with universities, assist in visa applications, prepare students for pre-departure, and ensure accurate and timely documentation for admissions and visas. Building strong relationships with students and maintaining updated knowledge of UK education systems are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills to guide students in identifying and achieving their academic and career goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple student applications, documentation, and deadlines efficiently.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK education systems, visa requirements, and university application processes.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools, online platforms, and effective email communication to collaborate with students and institutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with students, families, and academic institutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; experience in study abroad counseling is preferred.
  • Passion for education, cultural exchange, and creating positive experiences for students planning to study abroad.
