UK Payroll : SME : HRO

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in UK Payroll for a leading ITES company. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing UK payroll operations from start to finish, ensuring accurate transaction processing and data integrity. You'll conduct quality checks, support and coach team members, and handle all pre- and post-payroll activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UK payroll, a focus on quality, and the ability to contribute to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• UK Payroll Management: Manage and oversee end-to-end UK payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing of all payroll transactions.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on payroll transactions to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
• Team Support & Coaching: Support and coach team members to improve their performance and enhance overall service quality.
• Payroll Activities: Handle both pre-payroll and post-payroll activities, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including experience with ITAR and NRC.
• Collaboration: Interact and collaborate effectively with payroll colleagues and other stakeholders to streamline processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:Overall 3+ years of experience within Payroll operations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Quality Checker (transactions).
• Mandatory experience in UK Payroll.
• Experience interacting with colleagues as part of Payroll Admin.
• Skills:Excellent Communication Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Excel.
• Strong Coaching Skills.
• Education: Any Graduate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Payroll on Cloud.
