Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced UK IT Recruiter with strong exposure to the UK and EU recruitment markets. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and Technology positions, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Reeds, etc.), and professional referrals
Screen candidates for technical competencies, UK/EU work authorization, and notice periods
Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring clear and consistent candidate communication
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter within the UK and/or EU market
Strong understanding of UK employment types, including Permanent, Contract, Inside IR35, Outside IR35, and B2B contracts
Solid knowledge of UK/EU work authorization requirements
