Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated UK IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for UK-based clients.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in UK IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of UK job market & hiring practices
• Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, CV-Library)
• Knowledge of IT roles & technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, SAP, etc.)
• Experience in sourcing & screening candidates
• Good understanding of UK time zones & communication
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
