Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Mortgage Domain Consultants with strong exposure to UK or European / US Mortgage markets to support strategic consulting engagements for a global banking client. The role requires deep functional mortgage knowledge, consulting mindset, and strong stakeholder management experience
Location: Chennai / Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate to 90 days notice period.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver consulting engagements in UK / European / US Mortgage domain
- Work across the end-to-end mortgage lifecycle, including:
- Mortgage Origination
- Credit Assessment & Underwriting
- Loan Administration & Servicing
- Collections, Arrears & Foreclosure
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders to drive mortgage transformation initiatives
- Support regulatory and compliance-driven mortgage programs (UK / EU markets)
Business Analysis Skills
- - Led requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders to capture critical business needs.
- -Developed comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- - Created detailed As-Is and To-Be process flows that clearly illustrate current operations and future improvements.
- - Extensive experience in translating requirements into EPICs, user stories, and functional specifications, while working in Agile environments and throughout the SDLC.
