About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven UK Recruiter with proven experience in leadership hiring to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in supporting our UK-based client requirements and enhancing our global recruitment capabilities. The ideal candidate will excel at hiring for senior leadership roles across industries and be agile enough to handle mid-level hiring mandates as business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles across a variety of functions and industries in the UK and Europe.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs and define role specifications.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier candidates for current and future requirements.
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and creative sourcing methods.
- Conduct screening, facilitate interviews, gather feedback, and coordinate offer negotiations.
- Take full ownership of mid-level hiring during times when leadership mandates are limited to maintain productivity and hiring continuity.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on UK and European markets, especially in leadership hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with CXO-level candidates confidently and professionally.
- Understanding of diverse industries and verticals with the ability to quickly grasp business and role requirements.
- Prior exposure to mid-level hiring will be considered a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple mandates, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with UK recruitment compliance, sourcing tools, and local hiring norms is an added advantage.
