Position Overview Trainee Recruiter (UK & Europe):

As a Trainee Recruiter, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across the UK and Europe. This role offers excellent growth opportunities and the chance to develop key recruitment skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and databases
• Conducting initial screening calls and interviews
• Presenting shortlists to hiring managers
• Posting job ads and maintaining job descriptions
• Supporting senior recruiters and managing candidate pipelines
• Communicating candidate progress with clients
