Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-focused IT Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK and European markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing technical talent, building long-term client relationships, and navigating cross-border hiring requirements within the EU and UK.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Delivery
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Source IT professionals across multiple disciplines (e.g. Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure)
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, databases, networking, referrals, and headhunting techniques
- Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and eligibility to work in the UK/EU
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates and clients
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK and EU-based clients
- Take detailed job briefs and advise clients on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Negotiate fees, salaries, and contract terms where required
Market & Compliance Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT market trends across the UK and EU
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations
- Understand right-to-work requirements, visas, and cross-border hiring considerations
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant (UK and/or EU markets)
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technology stacks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
- Confident in candidate sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping
- Experience working with ATS/CRM systems
