Role Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients.

- Facilitate workshops and seminars on mental health topics.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Valid licensure as a counselor in India.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a counseling environment.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment options.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in crisis intervention and management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
