Role: UK Bid Coordinator
Location: Bengaluru, India
Working Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
Experience: 3–5 years
We are looking for a
UK Bid Coordinator to support our UK bid function. Reporting to the Head of Bids in London, you will play a key role in coordinating bids and tenders for UK opportunities, ensuring submissions are compliant, well-structured, and delivered to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with UK-based stakeholders in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the end-to-end coordination of UK bids and proposals, including:
- Reviewing tender documentation to identify requirements, deadlines, compliance criteria, and risks
- Creating and maintaining bid plans, trackers, schedules, and submission checklists
- Coordinating inputs from commercial, delivery, leadership, and subject matter experts
- Organising bid kick-offs, review sessions, and submission readiness meetings
- Supporting drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting of bid responses
- Managing version control and document governance throughout the submission lifecycle
- Supporting clarification questions and responses during procurement processes
- Conducting final quality checks, managing portal uploads, and ensuring timely submission
- Maintaining and improving bid libraries, reusable content, templates, CVs, and case studies
- Tracking bid performance, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- MBA (IIM or other leading business school preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in bid coordination, proposal support, tender support, or similar roles
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience in document formatting, quality control, and version management
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Comfortable collaborating with UK-based teams across time zones
Desirable Skills
- Experience in digital, technology, consultancy, or professional services environments
- Familiarity with UK public sector procurement or regulated tender processes
- Experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, framework bids, or formal tenders
- Exposure to procurement portals and structured submission platforms
Reporting Line
You will report directly to the
Head of Bids (London) and work closely with commercial and delivery teams supporting UK opportunities.
