Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze business needs to design, develop, and deliver applications to meet objectives.
Provide application maintenance and support according to SLA.
Deliver applications following IT policies and procedures.
Share technical knowledge with team members.
Implement RPA solutions using UiPath for Web, thick clients, mainframes, and surface automation.
Work in an Agile environment and use tools like JIRA and DevOps.
Understand requirements and implement efficient solutions in short timeframes to maximize ROI.
Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
Develop plug-in APIs using C# or Java to support automation.
Perform unit testing, SIT support, UAT support, hyper care, and handover to L3.
Conduct user training and prepare documentation.
