Job Description:

As a Senior RPA Developer (UiPath), you'll lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions. This remote role involves working across industries to transform business processes using UiPath tools, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Development

Lead end-to-end development of complex RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related tools.

Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and automation workflows.

Build scalable, maintainable bots following best practices and coding standards.

Configure and manage Orchestrator components: queues, assets, schedules, and user roles.

RPA Lifecycle Management

Participate in all phases: discovery, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure stability and performance.

Collaborate with analysts and SMEs to optimize processes for automation.

Technical Expertise & Mentorship

Act as a UiPath SME, guiding junior developers and project teams.

Mentor on best practices, troubleshooting, and advanced UiPath functionalities.

Contribute to improving development standards and automation frameworks.

Documentation & Collaboration

Create and maintain technical documentation: SDDs, PDDs, test plans, deployment guides.

Work closely with stakeholders, IT, and infrastructure teams for successful delivery.

Provide post-deployment support and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

Experience

5+ years in RPA, with 3+ years in UiPath development.

Hands-on experience with UiPath REFramework, APIs, and integration methods.

Certifications

UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent (mandatory).

Technical Skills

Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath packages.

Strong programming background in .NET (C#/VB.NET).

Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to mentor and lead development teams.
