Job Title: UI5/Fiori developer
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP UI5/Fiori Developer with 4–8 years of experience in designing and developing SAP Fiori applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP UI5, OData services, and front-end development, along with a good understanding of SAP backend integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
- Work with SAP UI5, Fiori Launchpad, and SAP Gateway services.
- Design responsive and user-friendly UI applications.
- Consume and integrate OData services.
- Collaborate with backend ABAP developers for service development.
- Enhance standard Fiori apps and develop custom applications.
- Perform debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
- Ensure code quality using best practices and standards.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with OData (V2/V4) and RESTful services.
- Knowledge of SAP Gateway and service creation.
- Familiarity with MVC architecture.
- Experience with Git or other version control tools.
- Understanding of Fiori Design Guidelines.
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP Business Application Studio or Web IDE.
- Knowledge of ABAP (basic to intermediate).
- Exposure to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Experience in Fiori Elements and Smart Controls.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Launchpad configuration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- SAP certifications (UI5/Fiori) are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in S/4HANA environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Workflow or SAP CDS Views.
- Exposure to CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).
