About The Role
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Lead to own the end-to-end design experience across web and mobile products. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on design, user research, and team leadership. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design efforts across multiple products and platforms
- Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and design systems
- Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams
- Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency
- Review designs and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure designs align with usability, accessibility, and brand standards
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and usability
- Hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory)
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
- Strong understanding of user research and usability testing methods
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile or product-driven environments
Good to Have
- Experience designing SaaS or enterprise products
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React)
- Experience working with design systems at scale
Education
- Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, or related field
