This role requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant, hands-on UI/UX experience. Candidates must have personally designed and delivered end-to-end UI/UX solutions for real products, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final UI handoff.Purely tool-based designers, UI coordinators, or candidates with limited hands-on execution will not be considered.Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring UI/UX designers and should be comfortable working closely with product managers and engineering teams..
