Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Lead with 8+ years of experience to drive product design strategy, user experience, and interface excellence across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a strategic design leader who can manage end-to-end design processes, mentor teams, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UI/UX strategy for digital products
• Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Build and maintain scalable design systems
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Leadership teams
• Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and design consistency
• Mentor and guide UI/UX team members
• Stay updated on design trends and innovation

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile product design
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Deep understanding of User Research, Information Architecture, Design Systems, and Prototyping, Responsive Design, Accessibility Standards
• Team leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
