UI / UX Intern

At GradPilots, we're on a mission to democratize higher-education guidance for students across India. From AI-powered research tools to personalized mentor marketplaces and dashboards, we're building an ecosystem that gives every student the power to design their own journey.

We're looking for a UI/UX Intern who can support us in building intuitive, student-friendly edtech products used by thousands of learners.

• Contribute to product development across our student-facing dashboards, mentor marketplace, and research tools
• Conduct user studies, interviews, and usability tests to uncover student needs
• Translate insights into wireframes, flows, and prototypes
• Collaborate with product, tech, and content teams to refine user journeys
• Support UI improvements, micro-interactions, and design systems
  

• Strong interest in edtech, student experience, or product thinking
• Working knowledge of tools like Figma (or willingness to learn fast)
• Ability to convert user insights into simple, effective designs
• Curiosity, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
  

• Time Commitment: 15 hours per week
• Location: Remote
• Stipend: Competitive (as per skill level)
