What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product & engineering to translate requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity designs (Figma).
- Create user flows, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and clickable demos for usability reviews.
- Contribute to our design system (components, tokens, documentation) and maintain consistency.
- Run quick user tests or stakeholder walkthroughs; synthesize findings into actionable design changes.
- Deliver developer-ready specs (auto-layout, constraints, variants) and support handoff.
- Document decisions and keep design files organized and versioned.
What You'll Need
- Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing UX process (problem research iterations outcome).
- Proficiency in Figma (layouts, components, prototyping); basic understanding of UX research methods.
- Foundation in typography, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy; attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accessibility basics (e.g., contrast, focus states).
- Clear communication and willingness to learn.
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion/interactive prototyping (Figma Smart Animate, ProtoPie, After Effects/Lottie).
- Basic HTML/CSS familiarity for better dev handoff (not required).
- Experience running quick usability tests or surveys.
