UI/UX Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a UI/UX Developer to convert Figma designs into responsive, production-ready web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate must understand responsive design, modern UI patterns, and design systems, with hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools to enhance workflows.

Primary Requirement:

- Convert Figma designs into responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of typography, spacing, colors, icons, and UI components.

- Create adaptive layouts across different screen sizes and browsers.

- Prepare developer-friendly design specifications, assets, and handoff documentation.

- Collaborate with Angular, React, and Flutter frontend teams to ensure accurate UI implementation.

- Maintain and enhance design systems and reusable UI components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze Figma files and translate them into intuitive interfaces.

- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and responsive UI designs.

- Design and maintain component libraries and design systems.

- Conduct usability reviews and recommend UX improvements.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Business Teams.

- Review implemented screens and provide UI/UX feedback for refinements.

- Ensure compliance with responsive, accessible, and modern design standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Figma (including Auto Layout, Design Tokens, and Component Systems).

- Proven experience designing responsive web pages and mobile app screens.

- Good understanding of responsive grid systems, UX principles, and accessibility best practices.

- Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Fintech, Trading or Enterprise applications.

- Understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend implementation constraints.

- Experience working with Angular, React, or Flutter-based products.
