Position Overview

We're looking for a talented and passionate Full Time UI/UX Developer with strong proficiency in React to join our dynamic product development team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for our web applications. You'll work closely with product managers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, performant, and maintainable user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Be proficient in React development, including understanding best practices, component lifecycle, and state management patterns.
• Translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality, pixel-perfect UIs.
• Implement user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across various devices.
• Design and code complex programs that are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs, define user flows, and contribute to the overall user experience strategy.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate and improve designs.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Perform React integration with various backend services and external APIs.
• Possess strong knowledge in APIs, understanding RESTful principles, data structures, and how to consume and interact with them efficiently.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot UI-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX design and front-end technologies.
• Work effectively within an agile development environment.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Actively participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency and proven expertise in React.js development
• Experience with front-end build tools
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI, Ant Design).
• Experience with React integration with backend services and third-party APIs.
• Ability to handle asynchronous operations and data fetching effectively.
• Understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to design and code complex programs, demonstrating strong algorithmic thinking and software architecture skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to debug complex UI issues and optimize performance.
• Proficient with Git and Git workflows (e.g., branching, merging, pull requests).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills (Plus Points)

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Understanding of SEO best practices for front-end development.
• Experience with animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP).
• Portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX design and development skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Experience

• 1-2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Developer, Front-End Developer, or similar role, with a strong focus on React.

Salary Range

• INR 20000 - 26000 depending on type of qualifications and competence level
