About the Opportunity

Job Nexus India is hiring a UI / UX Designing Intern for its client organisation, Omnimise. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about user-centered design, research-driven interfaces, and modern design tools. The role offers hands-on exposure to real product design with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Role Overview

The UI / UX Designing Intern will support the design of intuitive and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role involves user research, wireframing, prototyping, and close collaboration with product and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand and product strategy
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to convert requirements into design solutions
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing
• Ensure visual and interaction consistency across all product touchpoints
• Contribute to design systems, UI guidelines, and style documentation
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
• Present design concepts and solutions to cross-functional teams
• Advocate for user experience throughout the product lifecycle

Eligibility & Requirements

• Familiarity with design and research tools such as Figma and Miro
• Exposure to AI-powered design tools like Stitch or Visily AI is a plus
• Strong interest in UI/UX design and user-centered thinking
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio or sample design work is preferred
