We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that meet our users needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-centered designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and user-friendly
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences
