We're building Sanskriti.live - a premium cultural ecosystem for Indian arts, heritage, and culture. We're not building another streaming app. We're building the home Indian culture never had online.
We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join us as a founding design team member and shape the end-to-end experience of the platform from content discovery to learning journeys to live events.
What You'll Own
- Lead UX across the full product including information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma (tokens, components, variants, documentation)
- Design a premium, immersive, storytelling-first visual language think editorial richness, not UI templates
- Collaborate directly with the founder and product team on AI-led personalization experiences, including a conversational discovery interface
- Deliver mobile-first, responsive designs ready for web and native apps
- Own developer handoff including component specs, interaction notes, asset guidelines
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of UI/UX experience, with at least one scaled consumer product in your portfolio
- Strong systems thinking where you design for ecosystems, not just screens
- Experience with platforms in OTT, edtech, marketplace, or cultural/lifestyle categories is a big plus
- Proficient in Figma including auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and handoff
- A sharp visual sensibility - you understand the difference between premium minimalism and plain emptiness
- Comfortable working 01 and evolving a product across multiple phases
- Bonus: exposure to AI/personalization-driven UX patterns
