About the Engagement
Eastman Auto & Power Limited (EAPL) is an energy transition company operating across Last Mile E-Mobility, Residential Solar with Storage, and Advanced Electronics Manufacturing. We are looking for a skilled freelancer to lead the end-to-end revamp of our primary corporate website — eaplworld.com — under our unified brand platform, Forever Forward (#ForeverForward).
This is a full-scope engagement covering both UI/UX Design and Drupal-based Website Development. You own both disciplines.
What You Will Do
Workstream A — UI/UX Design
- Conduct a discovery and heuristic audit of the current website
- Deliver low-fidelity wireframes for 30+ pages across all navigation sections
- Build a complete design system: typography, colour palette, component library (mega menu, hero sections, cards, CTAs, counters, timelines, and more)
- Design high-fidelity mockups for desktop and mobile — pixel-precise, brand-accurate
- Create all custom graphic assets: hero illustrations, icons, infographics, timeline visuals, business vertical identity graphics, and resource templates
- Design with SEO-first architecture — heading hierarchy, schema-friendly blocks, AEO/GEO-ready layouts, and internal linking structures mapped at the design stage
- Deliver a clickable Figma prototype covering three primary user journeys
- Produce annotated interaction specs: mega menu behaviour, micro-animations, scroll behaviour, responsive breakpoints
Workstream B — Drupal CMS Development
- Set up and configure Drupal staging and production environments
- Develop a custom Drupal theme implementing the approved design system with pixel accuracy
- Build all pages, templates, and reusable components for 30+ pages
- Implement interactive elements: counter animations, timeline component, mega menu, functional forms
- Execute on-page SEO: meta tags, schema.org markup, XML sitemap, canonical tags, Core Web Vitals compliance
- Cross-browser and device QA, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility review, UAT support
- Deploy to production, manage DNS cutover, implement 301 redirect mapping
- Deliver CMS training and full technical handover documentation
Who We are Looking For
- Demonstrated expertise in both UI/UX design (Figma) and Drupal development
- Strong portfolio showcasing corporate or B2B web projects
- Working knowledge of SEO-first design, GEO/AEO architecture, and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with custom Drupal theme development, paragraph types, and module configuration
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver on a defined scope
