About the Role

We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to help shape the product experience at VisibilityStack.ai.

This is a high-ownership role for someone with strong product taste, sharp visual judgment, and the ability to turn complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces. You'll work closely with founders, product, and engineering to design product experiences across dashboards, workflows, onboarding, internal tools, and AI-native interfaces.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to make screens look pretty. We're looking for someone who can think in systems, simplify complexity, and design products that feel clear, fast, and modern.

Portfolio matters more than pedigree here. We care far more about your eye, judgment, and product thinking than your degree, past title, or years on paper.

What You'll Do

• Design clean, high-quality product experiences across web app surfaces
• Own UI and UX for core workflows, dashboards, onboarding, settings, and internal tools
• Translate complex AI, search, and analytics workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, polished mocks, and production-ready designs
• Work closely with founders and engineers to take features from concept to shipped product
• Improve usability, clarity, consistency, and visual quality across the product
• Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns
• Design for speed, usability, and strong information hierarchy
• Help define the overall visual language and product identity of VisibilityStack.ai
• Iterate quickly based on product feedback, usage patterns, and real-world constraints

What We're Looking For

• Strong portfolio showing excellent taste, modern product thinking, and attention to detail
• Ability to design SaaS products, workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy interfaces
• Strong UI skills - typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and visual consistency
• Strong UX skills - simplifying complexity, structuring flows, and improving usability
• Ability to think like a product builder, not just a screen designer
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous, startup-style environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High bar for craft and user experience

Strongly Preferred

• Experience designing modern B2B SaaS products
• Experience designing data-rich interfaces, search products, workflow tools, or AI-native software
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Ability to create polished, developer-friendly handoff files and reusable systems
• Good understanding of responsive design and web product constraints
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers during implementation
• Familiarity with product thinking, user behavior, and iterative design processes

Bonus Points

• Experience designing for AI products, copilots, assistants, or agentic workflows
• Experience with motion, micro-interactions, or interaction design
• Experience building or maintaining design systems
• Basic understanding of frontend constraints in React-based products
• Experience working directly with founders in a 0 to 1 environment
