This is a full-time on-site role for a Figma UI/UX Designer located in Noida. The candidate will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centered interfaces and workflows. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, conducting user research, and ensuring seamless user experiences. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining consistency in the design system and translating abstract ideas into engaging, intuitive designs.

• Proficiency in UI design tools, particularly Figma, with experience in wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, including user research, persona creation, and usability testing.
• Skills in graphic design, visual hierarchy, and creating accessible, visually appealing designs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with technical and business requirements.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design practices and knowledge of web accessibility standards.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in designing for complex software platforms or enterprise solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.
