Shifts: Flexible for global time zones (US/EU/APAC)

About the Role

We are hiring exceptionally talented UI/UX Designers with strong visual thinking, design fundamentals, and modern product/UI sensibilities.

You will design cutting-edge digital experiences for DXPs, enterprise products, digital agency websites, marketing experiences, mobile apps, and next-gen AI-born platforms.

This role requires strong design craft, hands-on tools expertise, and the ability to use AI-powered design tools for rapid prototyping, quick iterations, and creative acceleration.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design & Digital Experiences

• Design modern, high-performance web, desktop, and mobile interfaces.
• Create world-class experiences for:
• Digital Experience Platforms (DXP)
• Interactive marketing & agency websites
• SaaS products
• Enterprise systems & dashboards
• Mobile-first applications
• Build design systems, UI kits, reusable patterns, iconography, grid structures, and navigation models.

Interactive & Modern Web Experiences

• Design dynamic, immersive user interfaces suitable for:
• Animated websites
• Storytelling pages
• Product launch microsites
• Creative agency experiences
• Work with developers to bring designs to life using:
• GSAP animations
• Micro-interactions
• Scroll-based storytelling
• Modular component frameworks

Product Design & Information Architecture

• Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and information architectures.
• Work closely with product teams to shape features, hierarchy, and experience flows.
• Contribute to navigation toolkits, design models, and scalable UI frameworks.

Design Tools & Software ExpertiseEssential Tools

• Figma (advanced): design systems, prototyping, component design
• Adobe Creative Suite:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• Canva (for marketing, social content, fast output)

Good to Have

• Sketch
• InVision
• Webflow (for prototype interactions)
• Lottie / Rive for animations

Ability to produce:

AI-Accelerated Design Skills

Must be comfortable using:

• Midjourney
• Adobe Firefly

• FigJam AI
• Uizard

• Runway
• ChatGPT for design thinking & documentation

Use AI for:

• Rapid prototyping
• Idea and concept generation
• Wireframe automation
• A/B design variations
• Visual exploration
• Faster iteration cycles
