Role Overview Description

Were UBRIK, the UAEs leading education marketing agency and a people-first digital marketing team based in Dubai. Were driven by purpose, impact, and a commitment to our core values, shaping how we treat our clients and build our internal teams.

This role is not for you:

If you are a fresher or have less than 3 years in UI/UX designing

If you don't have an in-depth understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem

If you have not worked in an agency before

As a UI Designer / Landing Page Specialist, you'll work with internal stakeholders or external clients and will be involved in:

Concept, develop and build a wide variety of creative assets (social and landing pages) to support product, marketing and business objectives

Lead web design and digital asset development initiatives in collaboration with creative, product and engineering teams

Iterate on design based on feedback from team members, partners and users by translating complex notes into simple directives all while keeping on strategy

• Perform quality control on all design, ensuring the creative aligns with our brand guidelines
• Run multiple projects simultaneously, perform under pressure, and stay focused on the big picture
• Generate design ideas, conduct research, document design workflows and contribute to all manner of graphic and visual production
• Apply a strong conceptual design ability to projects of varying complexity
• Establish the look and feel for multiple interfaces, including websites, landing pages, emails, display ads and social banners
• Guide and implement the design solutions for such digital marketing assets, including email, landing page, and interactive PDFs (such as ebooks)
• Adhere to guidelines, and collaborate with other brand design stewards to intelligently evolve client designs
• Create process efficiencies to reduce overall production timelines
• Manage time and workload to meet project task deadlines and commitments with regular interaction and direction from project leaders and team members
• Design and build pages using landing page creation tools.
• Knowledge on HTML, CSS and web development would be a plus.
• Become the internal expert on landing page creation tools (Webflow , canva , Adobe others as needed)
• Perform quality assurance testing to deliver pages that are functional and to spec
• Work closely with the analytics team to understand results of tests performed to date, track conversion metrics, and optimize performance.
• Working with the creative team, ensure all site content and design elements are aligned with brand standard.
• Be an advocate for the customer and make recommendations on improving the user experience of our landing page.
• Usage of tools like Supermetrcis , Hotjar, Google Analytics, Databox , lookerstudio etc to track the user behaviour and optimize landing pages accordingly.
