About the Role:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, turning complex requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will be involved in the entire design lifecyclefrom conceptualizing user flows to polishing the final pixel-perfect interface. Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Design: Execute all stages of the design process, including wireframing, storyboarding, user flows, and high-fidelity visual design for web and mobile applications.
• User Research: Assist in conducting user interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions and understand user behavior.
• Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively to clients and developers.
• Visual Consistency: Design clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces that align with client brand guidelines and Saffron Tech's quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high fidelity.

Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and usability testing to continuously refine and improve designs.

Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design (Agency experience is a plus).

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, user flows, and final UI designs. (Application will be rejected without a portfolio).

Tool Mastery: Expert proficiency in Figma (primary tool). Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus.

UX Thinking: Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, information architecture, and responsive design.

Visual Design: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and modern UI trends.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to present and defend your design decisions to internal teams and clients.

Good to Have (Differentiators):

• Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms (Material Design & Human Interface Guidelines).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints.
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
