Our team is lean, fast, and passionate about delivering high-impact work from performance marketing to stunning UI/UX design and compelling content. We're now looking for a UI/UX Designer who can bring creative flair and strategic thinking to our growing design team. If you have experience with video or animation on the side, that's a huge plus.

Who You Are:

You're not just a designer but you're a problem-solver who understands how design drives business results. You've worked in agency settings, handled multiple brands, and know how to switch gears between B2B and D2C projects with ease.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, visually engaging web and mobile experiences
• Translate briefs and wireframes into high-fidelity mockups
• Work with brand, marketing, and product teams to align goals with creative output
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation
• Design creatives and other digital collaterals relevant for social media or other marketing
• (Bonus) Edit videos or create lightweight motion graphics for digital content

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
• Portfolio showcasing work across both B2B and B2C clients
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Deep understanding of UX principles and responsive design
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Bonus: Video editing and animation experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience designing landing pages or marketing-driven interfaces
• A strategic mindset with a creative edge
