Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, you will work on real-world projects, translating ideas and requirements into thoughtful user experiences. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to create clean, consistent, and impactful designs.
Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes
- Use tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product goals
- Ensure design consistency by following design systems and guidelines
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, data, and business needs
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile projects
- Proficiency in modern design tools
- Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to take feedback and continuously improve
