We are hiring a UI/UX Designer who can help us build clean, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences across The Tatva's app, website, and other product touchpoints.
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Work Mode: Work from office
Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM
Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly interfaces for The Tatva's app, website, and other digital products.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity UI screens.
- Work closely with product, editorial, design, and tech teams to build smooth and engaging user experiences.
- Understand user behaviour, content consumption patterns, and platform needs to improve product design.
- Design interfaces that make news discovery, reading, sharing, and engagement simple and seamless.
- Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability checks to improve product decisions.
- Create consistent visual systems, components, and layouts that align with The Tatva's brand identity.
- Use AI tools to assist with research, ideation, prototyping, design exploration, and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, app design patterns, product design practices, and consumer-tech experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer with a strong portfolio of apps, websites, dashboards, or digital products.
- Strong command over design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant software.
- Good understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, design systems, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, responsive layouts, and polished UI designs.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for research, design exploration, prototyping, content structuring, and workflow efficiency.
- Basic understanding of front-end development principles will be a plus.
- Good understanding of mobile-first design, consumer apps, content platforms, news products, and digital media experiences.
- Ability to think from both a user and business perspective.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-moving product environment.
- Prior experience in media, consumer apps, social platforms, news products, or content-led digital products will be preferred.
