We are looking for a highly motivated Associate – Strategy to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for MBA graduates to work closely with leadership, gain exposure to business strategy, and build strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
In this role, you will assist in research, analysis, and execution of strategic projects that drive business growth and operational excellence.
What You Will Do :
- Support development and execution of company strategy
- Own and drive the end-to-end OKR program- from goal-setting workshops and alignment sessions to progress tracking, reporting cadences, and retrospectives
- Drive strategic initiatives and business goals
- Partner with multiple departments – sales, GTM, finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and HR to align functional priorities with overarching transformation goals
- Enable AI adoption within business functions — identify use cases, pilot AI tools, drive change management, and embed AI-powered workflows into day-to-day operations
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking — leveraging AI tools to surface insights faster and deeper
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities where automation and emerging technologies can unlock business value
- Prepare compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership that communicate transformation progress, OKR health, and AI adoption milestones
- Document processes, frameworks, and best practices to build institutional knowledge around transformation and participate in strategy discussions, innovation sprints, and workshops
Who you are:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a curiosity for emerging technologies and AI trends.
- 1–2 years of experience in business administration, management consulting, strategic planning, or a transformation-focused role.
- Solid understanding of business operations and how technology and AI can reshape them
- Familiarity with OKR methodology and experience supporting or running goal-setting programs is a strong plus.
- Hands-on with tools — MS Office, Asana, JIRA, Claude, ChatGPT, and comfortable experimenting with AI-powered productivity tools.
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex ideas into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working across departments and seniority levels — equally effective in a boardroom and a cross-functional working session.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
- A natural collaborator with leadership potential and a bias for action.
