Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help craft exceptional user experiences across our web platforms.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Translate complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
Analyze user behavior and metrics to improve UX
Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and mobile-friendly.
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, User research, Design Systems
Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI execution
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Bootstrap is a Bonus (not mandatory)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense
Preferred Skill Set
Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
Familiarity with front-end development process
Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines
Experience designing for SaaS platforms or web apps
