Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at Tapplent, you will design intuitive, elegant, and engaging user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to bring complex workflows to life through clean design and thoughtful user flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are clean, functional, and scalable
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Translate product requirements and business objectives into pixel-perfect visuals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs effectively
• Ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across platforms
• Contribute to and evolve our design system and style guide
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices in SaaS and HR Tech

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, process, and high-quality UI work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design
• Familiarity with responsive design, usability standards, and accessibility
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS or enterprise tools
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Experience with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Miro
• Animation/motion design skills using tools like After Effects or Lottie
• Understanding of data visualization and dashboard UX
